• We collect information in your correspondence with us regarding your general interactions with us;

• We may take photographs or film at our events and by attending you consent to your image being used in future communications both online and offline to promote EJP Property;
• We may also collect information about the computer or device you use to access our site or social platforms and this may include your IP address, browser type, OS etc.;
• We may aggregate information you supply us with or information from our website usage and supply this to third parties. This is statistical information which does not identify individual users – unless we have specifically asked your permission for this;
• We may use your information to advise you of our events (such as webinars) so that you can chose to participate. We will only do this with your consent. Should you decide to participate in an event, your name and company will be available to other participants. This means the networking opportunities are fully open to you as would be the exchanges of information on our social platforms.

We will use the information we collect to provide you with the services, products and information that you request from us or have paid for or which we feel will be relevant or of interest to you. We may use electronic means, email or post.

If you have purchased services form us in the past, we may contact you with information about similar services that may be of interest.

We use your information to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts between us, to notify you of any contractual changes and to allow you to participate in interactive elements (such as webinars or meetings) of our service

From time to time we, or a third party engaged by us, may ask you to complete surveys that we use for the purposes of research and to produce reports. You do not have to respond to these requests. This information is almost always aggregated and anonymised unless we have your express permission otherwise. This information is always treated confidentially and access to it restricted.

How long do we keep your data?

Where you are representing your company, we will keep your details for the duration of your companies contract with us. If you leave your company or your company is no longer contracted with EJP Property, then we will keep your details for 24 months in order to provide transparency to decisions you may have made.

If we hold your details based on your consent, we review data annually and records that are older than 24 months from when you provided your consent will be destroyed. We will ask you before the end of this period for your consent again.

We keep all data in accordance with GDPR and constantly review the data we hold. 

Your rights and your personal data

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR or any other corporate compliance or legal requirement, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• The right to request a copy of your personal data which EJP Property holds about you;
• The right to request that EJP Property corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
• The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for EJP Property to retain such data;

• The right to request that EJP Property provides the data subject with their personal data in a commonly used electronic format;
